Method of Payment Charges: Postage and packing costs to UK postal addresses are £3.50 per order. For shipment to other European and international addresses, please send an email in the first instance to obtain details of costs. Timings: All packages are sent first class via Royal Mail. Please allow 3 working days from placing your order to receipt of your goods. Each item of jewellery is shipped in pretty gift packaging (gift box, bag or envelope with tissue) - ideal for treating someone special or just to keep for yourself! Purchases are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope for extra protection during delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return your item(s). Please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days from the date of contact to return your item(s). You will then receive a full refund. All items must be returned: Please ensure that you obtain appropriate insurance and/or proof of posting when returning items, as no responsibility can be accepted for returned goods damaged or lost in transit. Refunds will be made via PayPal. The cost of the item(s) plus initial postage costs will be reimbursed. However, your return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item arrived in a faulty or damaged state. If your item has broken during normal usage within 1 year from the date of purchase, you may return it for repair. Please contact me by email so that I know to expect the item. Charges for repair will be made if items have been damaged from misuse or improper return shipping. Your personal information (name, email, postal address, etc.) is strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties. The best way to clean jewellery is to use a soft jewellery polishing cloth that prevents or removes the build up of tarnish but does not damage any of the stones or beads. These cloths can be obtained from high street jewellery shops or online. Don't use tarnish-removing dips, creams or solutions as these can damage gemstones and other components used in the jewellery.
